Gemini submission
Gemini CADWiz Demo Studio
A hybrid evidence-controlled production system designed to turn CADWiz capability evidence into authentic, reviewable demo videos without faking the product.
Core thesis
Gemini is strongest in multimodal review, conversational intake, and structured analysis, but it should not be selected only because it can generate attractive media. It earns the lead role only if it proves it can refuse unsupported capabilities, preserve provenance, and tie every claim to current evidence.
Its proposed system combines a dashboard frontend, a demo orchestration backend, a Gemini routing layer, FreeCAD evidence services, and a human quality gate process. Every stage is designed to preserve the distinction between Tutor, Mentor, and Wizard behavior.
Primary strengths
- Strong video and image review for technical continuity and interface legibility
- Conversational project intake with tool calling and context assembly
- Clear provenance controls that separate authentic footage from synthetic support media
- Evidence-first claim validation with human truth auditing
Key risks
- Current CADWiz capabilities remain unverified without the required build and evidence package
- Small FreeCAD UI text can be misread without high-resolution inspection and structured state checks
- Generated media can be mistaken for product evidence unless provenance classes are enforced
Recommended first implementation
The first release should not attempt autonomous FreeCAD control or fully autonomous publishing. It should begin with evidence-grounded intake, three-concept comparison, storyboard generation, authentic recording upload, machine-readable edit instructions, narration, captions, and independent reproducibility checks.
