Production architecture

Demo production workflow

1. Intake

Capture the objective, audience, operating level, target channel, and missing evidence before building a concept.

2. Evidence review

Check the current build, capability manifest, test files, and authentic recordings before approving claims.

3. Concept selection

Generate multiple concept directions and compare authenticity, risk, pacing, and technical clarity.

4. Recording and analysis

Record a reproducible FreeCAD sequence, classify provenance, and analyze technical continuity and readabilty.

5. Edit and narration

Apply precise, machine-readable edits and turn approved claims into narration and captions that match the footage.

6. Truth audit and release

Run independent checks for claim validity, build match, reproducibility, and final publication approval.

Evidence gate

What the studio requires before the first demo ships

The first official challenge cannot be certified until the current CADWiz build, capability manifest, tests, and authentic operation evidence are present. The system must reject unsupported ideas and keep proof linked to each claim.

  • Current build identifier, commit hash, supported FreeCAD version, and install path
  • Capability manifest with public name, internal name, levels, and implementation status
  • Source files, tests, UI definitions, and current operational evidence
  • Authentic capture metadata, checksum, provenance classifications, and immutable raw recordings
  • Independently reviewed claims, narration links, and reproducibility records

Role model

Production responsibilities

Executive Producer

Owns the schedule, assigns the plan, and keeps the project on the evidence path.

Technical Truth Auditor

Vetoes unsupported claims and checks that final output matches the current build and footage.

Reproducibility Tester

Confirms an approved procedure reproduces the expected result under documented conditions.
